The 20\u201d conductor casing shall be driven from surface to 150 feet TVD. The 13 \u215c&#8221; surface casing shall be set from surface to 2,000 feet TVD in 17 \u00bd&#8221; open hole. The 9 \u215d&#8221; intermediate casing shall be set from surface to 4,036 feet TVD in 12 \u00bc&#8221; open hole. The production section of the well shall be 8 \u00bd\u201d open hole to 7,500 feet TVD. The well bore may deviate from vertical in any direction, but the well bore shall not extend outside the surface boundary of the surface lease property lines or the geothermal lease boundary.<\/p>\n<p>The permit materials, including, but not limited to the draft permit and supporting analysis documentation, are available for review at 1220 S.
