<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n PUBLIC NOTICE<\/strong> The State of New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), Energy Conservation and Management Division (ECMD) is requesting proposals for the management and implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) for multifamily homes program (50122). ECMD may award multiple contracts as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP).<\/p>\n The successful Offerors shall assist ECMD with management and implementation of Section 50122, the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates Program for multifamily homes of the IRA Program.
