PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

The State of New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), Energy Conservation and Management Division (ECAM) is requesting proposals for the management and implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Efficiency Rebates (HER) Program (50121) for single-family homes or multifamily buildings.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Any proposals which may result from this Request for Proposals (RFP) are valid for one year from proposal due date as indicated in Section 8, Contact Person, and Due Dates, below. ECAM may award multiple contracts as a result of this RFP.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The successful Offeror(s) shall assist ECAM with management and implementation of Section 50121, Home Efficiency Rebates Program of the IRA to optimize the Department of Energy\u2019s (DOE)\u2019s funding and guidance to manage and deploy the programs in an effective and efficient manner for disadvantaged, low-income and rural communities in New Mexico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
