Annual Evaluation Report for New Mexico Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Program (Evaluation Year: July 1-June 30)<\/p>\n

OSMRE reviews the AMLP\u2019s activities each year and issues a performance report as to how well its goals are being achieved and determines whether the AMLP\u2019s actions are adhering to the Surface Mining Reclamation and Control Act (SMCRA) of 1977. This report contains summary information regarding the New Mexico AMLP and its effectiveness in meeting the applicable purposes of SMCRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
