SUMMARY OF WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n The completed project work is summarized in Table 1 and consisted of the following:<\/p>\n -Five (5) abandoned mine features:<\/p>\n Mine Safeguarding techniques used for the project included:<\/p>\n The NM AMLP Project Engineer was Daniela Chacon, and the Project Manager was Laurence D\u2019Alessandro. The NM AMLP completed all work in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and completed agency and tribal consultations pursuant to Section 106 and in compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act.\u00a0 Authorization to Proceed (ATP) was issued to NM AMLP by the Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) in a letter dated March 12, 2025.\u00a0 The BLM issued its ATP to the NM AMLP in a letter dated September 17, 2025.\u00a0 Additionally, NM AMLP acquired right-of-entry documentation from each of the landowners permitting access to the private parcels adjacent to the project area.\u00a0 NM AMLP issued Notice to Proceed on September 22, 2025, to Reineke Construction (Reineke) of Watrous, New Mexico.\u00a0 Initial mobilization to the project area by Reineke occurred on November 17, 2025.\u00a0 Reineke began construction on November 18, 2025, and was completed with final demobilization occurring on December 19, 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n Demobilization shall be conducted in such a manner to ensure that the Contractor leaves all project areas in as good or better condition than before disturbance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n\n
