Benjamin \u201cBen\u201d Bajema has served as EMNRD’s Policy Director since August of 2025.\u00a0 Prior to this role, he was Senior Advisor to the Secretary.
Ben worked as an Associate at the Energy Futures Initiative Foundation in Washington, D.C., where he focused on advancing technologies and policies for deep decarbonization. He holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management and Analytics from American University\u2019s Kogod School of Business and a B.A. from Willamette University.<\/p>\n
