NOTICE TO PROPOSE PUBLIC HEARING & RULEMAKING<\/strong><\/p>\n

The State Parks Division will hold a public hearing on the proposed rule amendment on June 11, 2019 at 9 a.m. in Porter Hall, Wendell Chino Building, 1220 South Saint Francis Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505.<\/p>\n

Those wishing to comment on the proposed rule amendment may make oral or written comments or submit information at the hearing or may submit written comments by June 11, 2019 at 9 a.m. by mail or email.\u00a0 Please mail written comments to Amanda Calderon, EMNRD, State Parks Division, 1220 South Saint Francis Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505 or submit comments by email to\u00a0<\/span>amanda.calderon@emnrd.nm.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All written comments must be received by Mrs. Calderon no later than 9:00 a.m. on June 11, 2019, unless the Hearing Officer extends this deadline.<\/p>\n
