Morphy Lake State Park
Nestled in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains at 8,000 feet in elevation, this hidden lake sits at the edge of the Pecos Wilderness.
The lake is stocked with rainbow trout and offers excellent fishing. Canoeing is also a popular activity, and this pristine scenic spot offers a unique opportunity for camping. Due to parking and campsite size limitations, the maximum RV length allowed is 18 feet. Camping is on a first come first serve basis.
