Launch Your Food Truck in New Mexico State Parks!
Calling all culinary trailblazers and food enthusiasts! New Mexico State Parks invites your Food Truck out to parks! We are home to Annual and Signature events and on the lookout for passionate individuals to bring culinary creations to our 35 parks and enhance the outdoor experience for all park visitors.
Qualifications / Fees
Concession Permit: $300.00* (19.5.6.15
$500 at Navajo Lake State Park
Be Mindful of “Exclusions Zones“: Areas that are under lease or previous contract.
Proof of Insurance: which shall at a minimum provide a $1,000,000 limit for each occurrence and a
$2,000,000 general aggregate limit, and shall name the state, EMNRD, and the Division, sister agencies and Park as additional co-insured.
Please check with the Park Manager prior to applying if Food Trucks are allowed.

Step 2:
Permit application is returned to the park, please allow 30-days for approval /denial.
