Southwest Area Fire Restrictions Interactive Map

The Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department’s (EMNRD) Forestry Division works with state, federal, and tribal partners under the Southwest Coordinating Group to provide the public with a real-time map showing current fire restrictions on public lands.

To find current restrictions:

Zoom into the area in which you live or would like to recreate and click on that area. The pop-up box will show the restriction stage or ban, any local information, and will have a link to the actual fire restrictions order, the news release, or agency fire restriction information page if available.

Not all restrictions may appear on this map. Always check with your local fire department or government agency for the latest information.
