Inspection of Public Records Requests

Public records can be requested by filing a public records request through the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department’s (EMNRD) GovQA request portal. There are no fees for records provided electronically through the GovQA request portal. To request records through the Gov AQ portal, please click the request button HERE.

If you are unable to submit your request online using the above link, you may submit a request via physical mail or fax. Requests may be sent to:
