This service provides monthly updates on Forestry Division news, programs and funding opportunities. It also serves to update the public on wildfires threatening communities. 

Wildfire updates will only distribute information about large wildfires on state or private land in New Mexico, not fires burning on federal land such as national forests.

The only required information is a valid email address and the county where you live. Your information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than wildfire notifications.
